Improving your Customer Experience with ANS CoLab Forum

To further this strategy, we want to give you more power and influence over the changes we implement. We want you to be the drivers of innovation and excellence at ANS, and we will do this by hosting CoLab forum sessions. 

What are the ANS CoLab Forums? 

The ANS CoLab Forums provide you with an opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas on a specific product or service that you use or are interested in. You will also get to interact with other customers who have similar needs and preferences. Each forum will last for an hour and will be conducted virtually. You will be guided by the product manager in charge of developing and improving the product or service. Additionally, you will have the support of our Customer Experience Team and a subject matter expert who can answer your questions and provide more insights. 

What can you expect from the ANS CoLab Forums? 

The ANS CoLab Forums are designed to be engaging, interactive, and fun. There will be 4-8 attendees per session with the same ANS solution as you and face similar business challenges. Together, you will explore the features and benefits of your solution, exchange feedback and suggestions, and learn from each other’s experiences.  

After the forum, you will receive a summary of the main points and outcomes, as well as the actions and changes that we plan to implement based on your input. 

We have conducted the first session focusing on our e-commerce offerings. This session involved our indirect reselling partners who cater to clients with e-commerce operations. It provided a forum to grasp the current circumstances of these individuals, both in their capacity as reseller partners and as users of VPC for e-commerce.  

Our goal was to comprehend their successes and challenges, engage in discussions regarding the growth directions of their businesses, and understand their goals. By doing so, we aim to align our innovation efforts with their growth aspirations, ensuring that our platform remains stable and scalable to satisfy their needs. Essentially, the session aimed at gaining insights into the specific dynamics of their businesses which it successfully did.
