NHS South, Central and West (SCW) have partnered with leading digital and cloud services provider ANS to accelerate their migration of workloads to Microsoft Azure in order to mobilise their Dynamic Pathway Tool.
Based in the south of England, SCW support more than 80 NHS and private health and care organisations nationally, regionally and locally, with their services impacting more than 14 million people across the UK.
SCW were looking to transform their IT estate and accelerate the migration of workloads into the cloud in order to mobilise their Dynamic Pathway tool.
Built upon research and analysis spanning more than five years, the Dynamic Pathways Tool is an innovative, scalable AI data system which delivers rich data insights that enable SCW to model and predict potential future needs for health and care systems. The tool currently resides on an on-premises environment, but SCW needed to quickly improve the accessibility, scalability and resiliency of this application by migrating it to cloud.
