Greencore is the number one sandwich maker in the UK, producing over 750 million pre-packed sandwiches a year for major retail brands; as well as having leading market positions in other convenience food categories.
To deliver their IT ambitions, Greencore partnered with ANS to complete their long term IT overhaul which included preparing the organisation for the adoption of Microsoft Azure to support the future growth of the business.
