We are delighted to announce we’ve scooped the ‘HR, People and Culture’ award, and Highly Commended for ‘Apprenticeship Champions’ at this year’s Channel Champions!
ANS was awarded for developing an energetic, positive, and healthy business culture in which people can develop and thrive.
At ANS, we want our team to do the best work they can wherever and whenever that may be, providing the tools and support they need to develop their careers whilst crafting a diverse working culture. Diversity is in our DNA, and our culture is constantly evolving to ensure everyone can come to work, feel supported, develop in their role and feel safe that they can be who they want to be.
We’re also focused on developing the next generation in tech. Our award-winning and ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rated, dedicated training space allows our apprentices to continuously develop and build on their careers at their own pace.
We want to grow our own talent and develop engineers using cutting-edge technologies, as well as support young people and others in the local community with opportunities to lead into careers in tech.
Channel Champions event took place on Thursday 6th July at Regents Park, London. Hosted by Comms Dealer, the event showcases and recognises achievements and success in the channel.
