With 9 years’ experience in the security sector, Stephen Crow is the Head of Defensive Security & Compliance at ANS. Having gained a Masters in Cyber Security and a Certification in Information Security Management, Stephen works closely with both the private and public sector, providing services to clients such as the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Justice.

As Technology Director, Rob is passionate about demonstrating the real-world value of digital transformation and helping customers realise value from their data. With over 12 years’ experience in the industry, he’s worked in multiple roles across the business including on some of ANS’ first cloud solutions for customers. Rob is responsible for helping organisations modernise their current data platforms from helping to define and build data strategy’s right through to commercial and technical designs.

Martin Brierley, ANS' Data & AI Practice Lead, is dedicated to demonstrating the practical advantages of digital transformation and enabling clients to utilise the full potential of their data. With over 17 years of industry experience, Martin assists organisations in adopting and updating data solutions. He formulates data strategies, creates technical designs, and ensures alignment with corporate goals, budgets, and current technological trends. Martin is enthusiastic about providing innovative solutions catering to clients’ needs and priorities.
