FRISS partners with ANS to further enhance Azure capabilities.
FRISS is the leading provider of Trust Automation solutions for P&C insurers. Providing real-time, data-driven scores and insights, their platform gives instant confidence and understanding of the inherent risks of all customers and interactions.
Based on next generation technology, FRISS allows you to confidently manage trust throughout the insurance value chain – from the first quote all the way through claims and investigations when needed. Because speed and convenience have altogether redefined what it means to serve consumers, FRISS is building the relationships customers demand and deserve.
FRISS was looking for a partner to help them modernise their existing Azure estate, particularly looking for an MSP already operating at an enterprise scale who could offer thought leadership and deep knowledge of the Azure landscape to help them hit their goals for growth.
Challenge
FRISS identified that they would need a partner who could ensure they were aligned with current Microsoft best practices. They also required a new platform to give them the ability to scale efficiently, ensure security remains at the forefront, and deliver operational efficiencies around monitoring and cost management.
Solution
After a 6-week Cloud Navigator engagement to understand the current FRISS Cloud platform, the target architecture and how best to reach a desired future state, ANS proposed Cloud Centre of Excellence as the best delivery method. ANS’ Cloud CoE allows the FRISS technical team to work with ANS in an agile manner to ensure they achieve common goals and milestones. This flexible methodology allows FRISS to adapt and pivot as this 18-month modernisation programme progresses.
FRISS has also partnered with ANS for Managed Azure services on the new environment and Managed Detection and Response to offer 24/7/365 coverage around their infrastructure and security.
Benefit
This enhanced partnership from ANS provides FRISS with better foundations for growth and future scaling, improved visibility and management across the platform, and increased resource and deliverability through Cloud CoE.
